He is number one on the list of richest real estate billionaires of India.He is a real estate developer by occupation and currently is the CEO and chairman of DLF Ltd. which was founded by his father-in-law. The net worth of K.P. Singh is estimated to be $ 4.1 Billion. He owns a real estate of 10,255 acres. K.P. Singh got his early education from Meerut College, Uttar Pradesh, India. Then he moved to UK for studying aeronautical engineering and was subsequently commissioned in Indian Army. He joined American Universal Electric Company in 1960 and then joined DLF Ltd. in 1979. K.P. Singh constructed several apartments, shopping malls and earthquake-proof buildings in Gurgaon. He is married to Indira Singh with 3 children. Chandru Raheja (Born on March, 1942) is an Indian entrepreneur and real estate developer. He is currently the Chairman of K Raheja Corporation. He has a total wealth of $2.1 Billion which makes him 3rd richest real estate billionaire of India. His company has built many shops, IT parks, offices, hotels and houses. He is famous for building Hypercity and Orbit Malls. He studied LLB from National Law College, Mumbai, India. He is married to Jyoti C. Rajeha and has 2 sons who are working with him in K Raheja Corporation.

Mofatraj Munot

Mofatraj Munot (Age 71) is 4th in the list of richest real estate billionaires of India. He has an estimated net worth of $1.64 Billion. By occupation he is a real estate developer and contractor. He founded Kalpataru Group and Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. Currently, he is running his company as a chairman and chief promotor along with his son, Parag. Munot has a 45 years experience in his field of real estate and civil contracting.

P.N.C. Menon

Puthan Neduvakkatt Chenthamaraksha Menon also known as PNC Menon is an Indian-omani real estate billionaire with a net wealth of $1.54 Billion. He is 5th richest real estate billioanire of india.Menon is a founder of Sobha Ltd. and Sobha LLC, named after his wife. He was born on 13 December, 1948 in Thrissur, Kerala. He got his early education from Kerala but due to his fathers death, he unwantedly quit his education. He started doing interior designing to earn for his family. At the age of 26, he left Kerala and went to Oman to continue his profession as an interior designer. This proved to be a profitable business for him which helped him to lay down the foundation of Sobha Ltd. in 1995. In 1994, Menon built Sri Kurumba Educational & Charitable Trust. His trust provide a low-income and free education to the children of poor families in the villages of his native state, Kerala. He is married to Sobha and has 2 daughters and a son.
